Dr. Mark W. Gregory

Dr. Mark and his family had a strong sense of calling to initiate and begin this new work known as Calvary Baptist Church. Having now served in Murfreesboro for over 14 years, he is aware of the unique opportunity to impact this community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Mark is originally from Carthage, Mississippi and he graduated from Mississippi State University where he met his wife, Jan. Mark and Jan both attended Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where they received Masters degrees. Mark then completed a Ph.D. in Old Testament from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky. Dr. Gregory has served in pastorates in Missouri, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee.
